This is the simple Return Policy for Oasis Jewellery & Watches. We follow the Consumer Protection Law in Dubai and the UAE.

Our Promise to You: When You Can Return an Item

We want you to love your jewelry and watches. This policy explains the simple rules for returns.

1. The Most Important Rule: Return for Defects

You have a right to return an item if it is broken, faulty, or not as described when you first receive it. This is your consumer right in Dubai.

  • Time Limit: You must tell us about the problem within 7 days after you receive your order.
  • Proof Needed: You must show us your original receipt or invoice. We cannot accept a return without proof of purchase.
  • Original Condition: The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (like diamond or gold certificates).

2. What We Will Do

If we agree that the item is faulty, we will do one of the following:

  1. Fix it: We will repair the item at no cost to you.
  2. Exchange it: We will give you a new, identical item.
  3. Refund you: If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will give you your money back (a full refund).

3. Shipping Costs for Returns (Important!)

If you need to send an item back to us, you must pay for the shipping cost.

  • Please use a safe, insured shipping service. We are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged while you are sending it back to us.
  • If we confirm the item was faulty, we may choose to refund your basic return shipping cost at our discretion, but you must arrange and pay for the return shipment first.

4. What You Cannot Return (No "Change of Mind")

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns or give refunds simply because you changed your mind, or if you found the item cheaper somewhere else. Our policy focuses on returns for faulty or defective goods, as required by law.
  • Used or Damaged Items: We cannot accept any return if the item has been worn, used, sized, or damaged by you after you received it.
  • Special Orders: Items that were custom-made or specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
