1. Processing & Handling
- Inspection Period: Every watch undergoes a final 24-hour timekeeping and quality-control check in our Trust Vault before shipment.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Security Hold: First-time buyers may require a 24-hour payment verification period.

We offer Fully Insured Priority Shipping on all orders.

3. Security & Fraud Prevention (Critical)
To ensure your timepiece arrives safely, we adhere to strict security protocols:
- Verified Addresses Only: We only ship to the confirmed billing address associated with your payment method. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
- Adult Signature Required: All shipments require a direct signature from an adult upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended or with neighbors.
- Discreet Packaging: Outer packaging is completely unbranded for maximum security.
4. Full Transit Insurance
Every shipment is 100% insured for its full replacement value until it is signed for. If loss or damage occurs during transit, we handle the claim directly with DHL and issue a full refund or replacement.
5. International Duties & Taxes
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): For international orders, your local customs office may charge duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Clearance: DHL manages the clearance process and will contact you directly if payment or documents are required.
6. Tracking Your Investment
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your Tracking Number to monitor your package in real time.
